my flow for change

Coaching came into my life most probably just as it is coming into yours now: feelings of frustration and a general sense of not living my life to its full potential, feeling lost, not knowing what to do to break free, a lack of perspectives, feeling trapped in the same loop year after year, battling my perpetual perfectionism and subsequent general insatisfaction: the feeling of not being enough. Knowing I wanted change but not sure which change I wanted or needed.

I must confess I went to my first coaching session feeling quite skeptical, more out of desperation than actually believing in the power of what was about to happen. But the truth is that, in just a few months of being coached, my once blurry vision of life became clear and meaningful, and I felt happier and more alive than I had in a long time. Answers I had been searching for years suddenly became evident, allowing me to connect the loose ends. Things started making sense.​

The magic and power of it all lied in the fact that I was the one finding those answers, discovering my path, defining it, and making it real with my true self. I am the author of my own life, the only one who can truly know what is best for me and the one who can change it. Realising this and acting on it is both empowering and liberating. I realigned with my values and became consciously aware of my inner strengths.

All of these explorations and discoveries have led me to where I stand today: as a life coach, my mission is to empower others to live a life aligned with their true self, enabling them to pursue the path they've chosen with authenticity, resonance and freedom. 

​

My career in the creative industry, along with my roles as a friend, daughter, sister, wife and mother of two are integral parts of who I am as a coach. They enrich me with diverse perspectives, empathy, and an approach to helping others navigate their unique journeys.

​

I am a CPCC-certified coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over 200 hours of coaching training from the renowned Co-Active Training Institute. Aside from my professional activities, I am a regular guest at a primary school library, where I read books to children. I have also volunteered as a coach for teenagers and young adults, collaborated with the book club Between the Lines, and served on the board of the contemporary music ensemble Lucilin for four years.

​

I love reading, museums, music, dance and art in (almost!) all its forms. 

​

Additionally, I am open to volunteering as a pro bono coach for underprivileged communities that would not typically have access to coaching. I welcome collaborations with individuals or NGOs interested in, or in need of these services.
